This is my Real Estate Investment Partner...Erick "EMoney" Hunt...Owner of the SilverLinings Real Estate Investment Company...(and yes, he's also the same person who hosts this website).... |
When you see the Blazer in your neighborhood...don't be alarmed...we're just trying to get this dough! |
This is Dennis...our fellow Aggie...and real estate investment intern...he's basically our entire staff...lol |
As you can see this wasn't one of our easiest flips...the past owners of this foreclosure weren't exactly thrilled to be leaving their new home so soon... |
The S.O.B. even did the old "stuff the toilet trick" on us... |
Their goal, I guess, was to leave this pretty design on the hardwood floors for the new owners... |
But, the Silverlinings Investors never worry, because it's all in a days work...(okay, a few days work) |
We just stripped the whole house, and re-pieced it back together. |
We kept poor Dennis on over-drive for the entire project. |
EMoney stepped in as the foreman for this project to keep costs down to a minimum...(he's such a numbers cruncher) |
But I have to admit, the Kid does know his stuff... |
It's always amazing to see how a few design features can bring an old house back to life. |
A little paint, and some cleaning, completely revitalized this project. |
 Kitchens sell cribs... |
 A nice livingroom helps too...lol |
 No more moldy toilets... |
Who wouldn't want to live in a SilverLinings home??? |
Me, E, and Dennis are off to the next project. Hit E up on his MySpace page to see what deals he has in the works... |
