A Millie Instrumental - Lil wayne Ft Cory Gunz Armondo and Eric have a long history of successful real estate entrepreneurship together. In 2005 Armondo became a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. That same year, at age 22, Erick used Armondo to buy his first investment property.
